Installation, and program execution problem corrections, and current version upgrades are provided at no cost. Custom programing
or consultation on designing timber cruises, and inventories is available at the standard rate. Call for a cost estimate for programing, or
statistical consultation.
We are committed to developing user friendly state of the art forestry software solutions. If you find a bug,
or think an improvement in the user interface is warranted, let us know. Without feeback from the end user we cannot make
improvements in the software. An unreported bug is an unfixed bug.
When reporting a bug provide a detailed description of the problem, and if possible attach any error or reports
generated by the program, and most importantly attach the document file. The document file is created by using the file
menu Save, or Save As functions. Error, and output files are created with the file menu function Save Output As Ascii.
Also, include a day time phone number near the computer the program is installed on, and an email address in your
correspondence.
